From the personalized signage to the luminous trees in the Amazon hall, everything has been designed to guide participants and reinforce the visual identity of the event.
As soon as they arrived, guests were guided by personalized tarpaulins, kakemonos and screens.
Each participant received a colored badge indicating their profile:

- Spicea Amphitheater : the main plenary, the heart of the interventions.
- Acacia spaces : workshops
- Date space: sub-committee rooms
- Dragon Tree Space : catering, partner stands, chill zone, coworking and One-on-One
- Davidia spaces : reserved for the press and Zoho teams
Signature animations to punctuate the experience
- The Zoho Machine : a wind tunnel cabin where participants tried to catch the famous golden ticket to win a place in the 2026 Zoholics.
- Ambulatory magicians : illusions and mentalism at the corner of a corridor, for a touch of wonder.
- Personalized photobooth and photocall : to capture the highlights.
- Giant coloring canvas : a collaborative work symbolizing creativity and the Zoho community.
- Cocktail networking : live music, awards ceremony and conviviality await you.
It was the biggest edition in France to date... and it's only the beginning.
Zoholics is a salon like no other. It is an event designed to listen, meet and co-build with its users.
