For its second edition in France, Zoho renewed its confidence in UNEXPECTED to orchestrate <span style="color:#F70015;">Zoholics France 2025 : two days of exchanges, sharing and innovation.</span>

Zoholics is The Zoho global user event : a meeting designed to learn, discuss and discover how to get the most out of Zoho solutions.


In 2025, the ambition was clear:

  • Strengthening Zoho's brand image in France
  • Creating an atmosphere conducive to encounter and inspiration
  • Bringing the Zoho spirit to life through a friendly, interactive and memorable experience

The Unexpected Idea

Dive into the heart of a digital forest where technology comes to life

The CNIT Forest has established itself as the ideal playground: a spacious, modular and poetic place, where nature and innovation intertwine. We have transformed this space into a vibrant ecosystem with Zoho colors, inviting participants to experience two days of total immersion between exchanges, learning and discovery.

A bright and colorful scenography

On stage, a Monumental screen surrounded by luminous cubes And of colored volumes was reminiscent of Zoho's iconic shades. The lights and the neon lights played with the depth of the space, creating a dynamic and inspiring framework to punctuate the various interventions.

The breakout rooms each adopted a distinct chromatic universe to embody the pillars of the brand:

  • Green: Customer Service & Marketing
  • Yellow: Collaboration, Productivity & Zoho One
  • Blue: Finance & Human Resources

A smooth and coherent journey

From the personalized signage to the luminous trees in the Amazon hall, everything has been designed to guide participants and reinforce the visual identity of the event.
As soon as they arrived, guests were guided by personalized tarpaulins, kakemonos and screens.

Each participant received a colored badge indicating their profile:

  • 🟡 Customer
  • 🟢 Partner
  • 🔴 Zoho staff/provider
  • 🔵 Workshop access

A simple and effective code, promoting connections and facilitating navigation between the different areas:

  • Spicea Amphitheater : the main plenary, the heart of the interventions.
  • Acacia spaces : workshops
  • Date space: sub-committee rooms
  • Dragon Tree Space : catering, partner stands, chill zone, coworking and One-on-One
  • Davidia spaces : reserved for the press and Zoho teams


Signature animations to punctuate the experience

  • The Zoho Machine : a wind tunnel cabin where participants tried to catch the famous golden ticket to win a place in the 2026 Zoholics.
  • Ambulatory magicians : illusions and mentalism at the corner of a corridor, for a touch of wonder.
  • Personalized photobooth and photocall : to capture the highlights.
  • Giant coloring canvas : a collaborative work symbolizing creativity and the Zoho community.
  • Cocktail networking : live music, awards ceremony and conviviality await you.


It was the biggest edition in France to date... and it's only the beginning.

Zoholics is a salon like no other. It is an event designed to listen, meet and co-build with its users.

The atmosphere this year was incredible: both demanding and caring, true to the Zoho spirit.

Zoholics 2025 marked a new milestone in the history of Zoho in France: a more successful, more human and more experiential edition.

  • A consolidated brand image, supported by a strong scenography and a coherent visual universe, worthy of a global tech player.
  • A real catalyst for relationships : customers, partners and employees were able to meet, exchange and co-create in a setting that was both professional and friendly.
  • A memorable experience, immortalized by the photobooth photos and extended by the colorful goodies (bottles, socks, USB cables, etc.), which have become so many tangible memories of the event.
  • A lasting legacy, made of inspiration, community and the desire to meet again for an even more ambitious next edition.
