For this edition, we have completely redesigned the course and the scenography, in order to exceed the standards of a classic summit and create a multi-dimensional and immersive experience.

An unusual place: the Museum of Decorative Arts

Far from conventional trade shows, the museum was reinvented as a space where each stand, each installation and each intervention became a work of art. The architecture and aesthetics of the place were exploited to enhance exchanges and embody Web3 as an art of living and creating.

A modular and immersive scenography

An amphitheater in the NAVE : new layout of the stage and the audience, facilitating access for all without disturbing the conferences, and offering optimal visibility.

Interactive screens and walls : two additional walls and a 360 screen made it possible to communicate about the sponsors, POT and Xventures, broadcast live content and reinforce the visual identity.

Specialized and modular areas : main stage, 2nd stage, speaker room, media lounge, media lounge, VIP lounges, VIP lounges, booths, workshop rooms, and chill & networking space — each area designed for a specific and immersive function.

Big letters, backdrop, photocalls and violinist, to create a strong visual universe that is consistent with the identity of the event.

Flexible experience : the main stage was able to be transformed into a DJ space in 20 minutes for afterworks and VIP evenings, with a completely redesigned atmosphere and lighting.

An event designed for exchange and inspiration

Exclusive side events : afterparties to extend discussions and promote qualitative meetings.

Strategic program : lunches, cocktails, expert round tables, 1-to-1 sessions and thematic workshops to promote exchanges and collaborations.

Fluid and immersive interaction : thanks to digital signage and home screens displaying agenda, map and content, participants were guided through a path designed to maximize the experience.
