For its biannual convention, AKTO, a partner in employment and business training, wishes to create a strong event that connects, inspires and engages its employees from mainland France and overseas territories. More than a gathering, this meeting must embody the values of the AKTO collective and make an impression in an exceptional setting.

ENTRAKT: a convention like no other!
We plunged AKTO's 1,200 employees into a universe where collective energy is key: that of the circus. In the iconic setting of the Folies Gruss, we imagined ENTRAKT, an immersive and vibrant convention, designed as a real participatory show.
A dynamic and interactive plenary
More than a simple conference, the plenary was transformed into a performance punctuated by spectacular artistic interventions (aerial numbers, juggling, balance on a wire...). Each intervention symbolized AKTO's values: balance, agility, coordination.
An interactive tool as well as tailor-made games, such as Question for an Actor, made it possible to engage the public. A system of luminous bracelets animated the room for unique collective moments.
A collaborative forum, tailor-made
Far from traditional formats, the forum was structured around immersive animations allowing employees to discover the various jobs of AKTO in a fun way:
- A giant quiz in the form of an interactive goose game
- A virtual reality flight simulation to experience the challenges of air transport
- An express recruitment game to put yourself in the shoes of a recruiter
- And many other animations
Each stand, each experience has been designed to promote exchange and discovery in a participative and engaging atmosphere.
A festive and spectacular evening
The day ended with a Ccocktail dinner and an immersive evening, combining artistic performances and interactive activities. On the program:
- Captivating performances: aerial fabric, hoops, LED stilts...
- Participative activities: live painting, mentalism, hypnosis, fortune-telling
- A lively DJ set to end the day in style
With ENTRAKT, AKTO offered its employees an emotional experience, where everyone found their place in a collective in motion, like a united and synchronized troupe.
