To take its flagship event to a new level, Zoho is partnering with UNEXPECTED to transform its Zoholics into an immersive experience.

The Unexpected Idea
An immersive experience over two days with engaging and enriching conferences as well as tailor-made scenography in accordance with Zoho's DNA. Interactive animations such as a digital mosaic photobooth, a VR stand and a silhouette artist added a fun and memorable dimension to the event.

Beyond the content, we have imagined a series of innovative animations to surprise, engage and create tangible memories:
- Digital mosaic photobooth : each photo of the participants came to compose a collective mural in the colors of Zoho, symbol of a close-knit community.
- VR booth : a 5-minute immersion in a disruptive universe, making an impression.
- Touch screen & digital modules : to stimulate interactivity and make the event participatory.
- Silhouettist : an artistic and unexpected touch, offering everyone a personalized souvenir.
- Comfort areas & services : charging station, networking areas and friendly atmosphere.
Result: a thoughtful event At 360°, where each space, each interaction and each animation contributed to transforming Zoholics into a collective, immersive and unforgettable experience.
