Act 2 — A two-step reveal: understand, feel, celebrate
To reveal Everience to its customers and partners, we imagined a physical event structured around a clear story: first a plenary to give meaning, then an evening to bring the brand to life.
A place that already tells the story
The choice of location is not trivial.
At the crossroads of heritage and contemporary design, it becomes a symbolic setting: it embodies the dialogue between heritage and future, between human and technology, at the very heart of Everience positioning.
Upon arrival, guests enter a universe that sets the scene for Symbiotic World.
Time 1 — The Plenary: Revealing Everience with emotion and meaning
The plenary marks the key moment of the reveal.
A strong, solemn and inspiring moment, designed to define the group's vision and give substance to the human—technology symbiosis.
The scenography extends the brand's story and prepares for the reveal:
- one pink and violet art direction, signature of the new identity,
- one immersive lighting who structures the spaces and guides the highlights,
- one Plateau designed as a sharing space, and not a top-down demonstration,
- Of visual content synchronized with the speeches, to create a fluid and embodied rhythm.
Each visual element, each light, each transition accompanies the message: here, everything is connected.
On stage, a female animator accompanies the speeches, guides the pace and creates continuity between the sequences.
The contents alternate vision, reflection and projection, to establish Everience as a clear, committed and future-oriented group brand.
The reveal comes to life through a artistic and symbiotic staging :
a contemporary dance performance, designed to interact with the visuals projected on the screen.
The dancer's movements, synchronized with digital effects, embody the encounter between humans and technology.
The performance is naturally extended by the Reveal video, revealing the new identity of the group in a fluid, emotional and memorable sequence.
The message is clear: Everience is not just another brand, it is a living ecosystem.
Time 2 — The evening: bringing symbiosis to life
Once the vision is revealed, it's time for the experience.
The evening transforms the place into a place for meetings, discoveries and conversations.
Each animation extends the concept Symbiotic World :
- interactive robots (barista, AI portraits) that make technology tangible and accessible,
- a cocktail dinner conducive to exchanges,
- a photocall and immersive experiences to anchor the memory.
Here, technology becomes a pretext for exchange.
Innovation becomes a relationship.
The brand becomes experience.
A device designed from start to finish
Prior to the event, UNEXPECTED designed all communication:
- fluid and coherent participant journey with the Everience universe.
